Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges for ONLINE Orders Only:

  • Online orders must be returned within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date to be eligible for store credit or exchange.

  • Credit card refunds are ONLY issued if:

    • The return is received within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date, and

    • No discount code was applied to the original purchase.

  • All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

  • Returns will not be processed until merchandise has been received and inspected.


Discounted Items

  • Orders placed with a discount code are eligible for exchange only — no refunds will be issued.

  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.


Damages

  • Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Reports submitted after 3 days may not be accepted.


Shoes

  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, and that box must be placed inside an outer protective shipping box.

  • If the shoe box is damaged during return shipping, the return will be denied, and the shoes will be returned to you at your expense.


Return Shipping

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please use an insured and trackable shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS).

  • Ella Blu is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refund Processing

  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

  • Once processed, you will be notified via email.
